We describe our items as accurately as possible and are happy to answer any questions prior to the sale. Depending on the item, we will ship using either UPS, USPS or a variety of reputable LTL carriers. The item will be shipped within the lead time days stated on the website. Please note, once the item ships we have NO CONTROL over how long it will take to reach your destination. Delays due to bad weather, labor and equipment shortages are common in the shipping industry. We do our best to ensure all deliveries are made in a reasonable amount of time, but much of this is out of our control so please be patient if you experience any shipping delays.
